Kate Maxwell is a Chief Technology Officer, World Wide Defence and Intelligence at Microsoft. She is passionate about using technology to advance missions promoting stability and security for nations and multinational alliances.

Before Microsoft, Kate served as Technical Director, Navigation & Modernization Solutions at Raytheon Technologies, an aerospace and defense company.

Currently, she is a Board Member of organizations like The Startup Ladies, TechPoint Foundation for Youth. Kate also founded the Maxwell Scholarship at Cocalico High School to support young women pursuing a computing or engineering education.
