Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Kirsty was Global Head of Operations at HSBC, where she led a transformation of the bank's technology, processes, and innovation capability, including developing industry-first machine learning solutions for payment screening and scaling robotics to speed up customer processes and improve sustainability. She has also held roles at Credit Suisse, driving change across finance, technology, and operations, and at Deloitte as a consulting partner.
