Arquay Harris is a Vice President of Engineering, Growth at Webflow. Prior to her current position, Arquay was a Senior Director of Engineering, Expansion at Slack.

Her work on Slack's updated responsive design was instrumental in attracting freemium users to its paid products and helping the company to scale. Prior to Slack, Arquay was a Web Development Manager at Google, leading a team of 20 webmasters.

Arquay also served as a Director of Engineering at CBS Interactive, where she led the launch of new products, including Moneywatch and SmartPlanet. In 2018, Arquay was named one of "America's Top 50 Women in Tech" by Forbes.
