Prior to Verizon, Jane served as an SVP and CIO of corporate functions for State Street Bank, where she delivered the enterprise function’s transformation agenda enabling current and future state solutions. Before that role, Jane held several leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson.
Jane also led DI and Women’s Leadership Initiative at J&J. She has served on the Red Cross of NJ Board and is currently on the Rutgers University LDSP Advisory Board. Jane is passionate about business enablement, people experience, a workforce of the future & advancement of D&I with a focus on Women’s Leadership and STEM.
