Julie Setser is a Senior Vice President Research & Development at P&G Ventures, an early-stage startup studio within Procter & Gamble that partners with entrepreneurs to accelerate billion-dollar ideas that improve consumers’ lives.

She began her career in P&G’s Hair Care Organization in 1985. Julie then progressed in her career to Associate Director and experienced 2 international assignments. Prior to her current role, Julie served as a Vice President R&D Innovation Capability and R&D Director, Fabric Care.
